This series are addictive! Good for me that I started them, when 4 books were out, not so much that I need to wait for 5th one. Because yeah, addictive.I'm happy that mystery of Chaz is unravelled. I was dying to know what he was from the first book! I'm happy what he is. I always loved to read stories about one of his parts that he is. I know you have no clue what I'm talking about, but I don't wish to take away the excitement to unravel it on your own.
And I loved Chaz. Even though sometimes I wanted to slap him. But that was on really rare occasions. Because mostly you just want to claim him.
Kya.... Well, she was different then I imagined her to be based on previous books. She was more emotional. Even though she didn't really understand them because of were she grow up and tried to deny/fight them. But I'm glad that she finally found true freedom and happiness.
And in this book finally... Freakn finally we have some answers to questions that plagued me for a while now. But though, 'Scooby gang' kinda won this battle, the final war is still in near future. And we go back to the 'I need 5th book ASAP.'

I've been waiting awhile for this one to come out and I am not disappointed at all!! Chaz is full surprise's and I love it. I never thought he would he paired with a certain immortal but it fits perfectly. I loved all the action and can't wait till the master can be taken down. The sex scenes are so yummy and just perfect. This is such a great story and I CANT WAIT for the next one. I'm joining all of MS Owen's groups. I hope the nexyt one is LONG. I loved Chaz's story so much!!!!!!
I love this character, but I feel like it needed to be 100 more pages. All these books are running together with no conclusion and it sucks. It talks about the drama more than the actual love story and it's not enough! There are way too many couples in this group, and they are over shadowing Chaz or the current characters love story. Whatever. I will still read all of them, because obviously I need to know what happens in the war and relationships.
Oh my god! I'm so ready for the next book in this series. Like all her books she pulls you in and keeps you there. Then in the end you're closed off, looking around like wtf just happened? CM Owens never disappoints. Her diverse creativity will keep you captivated whether it's her paranormal or her rom com.
You slowly getting to meet each individual character. Love Chaz's story. I also loved that you get to see Kya in a different light. Can't wait for the next one. I've been waiting for his story to unfold since he was introduced.
The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is because I read this book initially because that's book 4 that popped up after the first 3. This is "Beauties Live". No idea why the author even renamed and started the book count over. I had to go read "Live 1- 3" after mistakenly reading this one thinking it was deadly beauties 4. Confused through out this whole book. Everything makes sense now after reading the others. I love this series! Just number them better or make the differences in title more obvious
Deadly Beauties was the series that got me hooked on the wonderful C.M. Owens. Once I finished the triology, I was quick to purchase the Deadly Beauties Live On series. Although I've enjoyed all the characters in each book, there's just always something about Chaz that intrigued me. There was more to this "duster" than just a trail of glitter. I waited (not so patiently) for the release of Lost Beauty, and all I can say...well worth the wait! Be prepared for every emotion you have to come forward while reading...there will be battle, there will be death and in true Beauty form, there will be steamy sex and love!
Way to go Ms. Owens, way.to.go.!
When I started reading this book I was mid-air while traveling. I was able to read 3 chapters and once I got to my destination I didn't have time to read the remaining chapters. I had to start from the begin upon my return....Chaz was always a fav along with Thad. He was bigger/better than the prior books eluded. I would love to meet him as a person instead of a book character. Lot Beauty was fast reading and another awesome book by C.M. She sure knows how to deliver a best seller. I did not like how it ended as I no longer have patience for the 5th and final book. LOL. Tks C.M.
Wow! Chaz is one seriously strong mixed immortal. Definitely shocked when i saw Kya would be Chaz's mate. She was always so cold and aloof i mean i could see tje struggle of her wanting to be close to her sister bit I didnt think too much about her character. But she surprised me and her background is really tragic, glad they got a happy ending. Dice coming back from the dead, as annoying as he is I love him and glad things didnt end soo tragically. The battle finally takes place and A LOT happens in this book, so many surprises i couldnt keep up. I mean Dragons!!! Plus thats only part of it. I'm soo excited for when she starts that series, which i really hope she does bc it will be epic especially if this group is able to make an appearance in that series.
